Job Description
In this position, you will be responsible for optimizing and streamlining the company’s supply chain operations through strategic analysis and problem-solving. Your work will ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high performance across all stages of the supply chain.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels to reduce waste and maintain product availability
• Evaluate supplier performance, maintain relationships, and negotiate contracts
• Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and reduce operational costs
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance supply chain performance
• Generate reports and presentations for internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, production, and logistics

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of supply chain or logistics experience preferred

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $49,920–$60,320, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
