Job Description:
primary responsibilities of this role that account for 5% or more of the work.
The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
1. Gather, understand and document business objectives, specifications and requirements on subgroup of medium size project.
2. Analysis on location/ code GTN impact in order to define, design, and document business flows, processes and execution.
4. Define and articulate business rules required for reliable and accurate data. Act as the primary contact for the data management process between inventory supply chain and the business.
Purpose of this Role &p;p; Key Requirements / Day to Day life:
  • are searching for a project that will assist the labelling activity by reading support for inventory planning and multiple projects.
  • are looking for two persons to support the people's international inventory with Client and maintain strong communication with foreign partners. Someone having supply chain experience moving inventory and accessories inventories from one label to another in the United States and Canada, as well as outside of the United States.
  • Assist us in identifying gaps with a large number of items and thousands of products at the management level, manufacturing units, and arriving units from outside the United States.
  • Escalate the driving point and learn how to execute all levels of driven access and regions. t is possible to keep huge data sources with good filiarity with Excel, VLOOKUP, and data management, the majority of which is Tableau reporting.
Collaborate with Network Planner and Supply (Network) Manager to execute:
  • mid-cycle PS &p;p;p; DRP pareters adjustments
  • low cover and back-order risks mitigation/ product re-allocation/ inventory destruction prevention
  • product phase outs
  • strategic and situational stock build planning and order placement for optimal consumption.
  • dentify, analyze, propose and document appropriate inventory movement solutions. dentify and understand issues that may impact day-to-day operations and or project inventory destruction costs. Use technical tools for (queries, process maps, etc) for problem resolution.
  • Understand and follow appropriate planning responsibilities for plant and inventory mapping driven by GTN changes in the region.
  • Communicate status, solutions and concerns. Disseminate information in a timely manner within the te and across functions or tes. Establish and maintain relationships within the business or function.
  • Develop, assign and customize workaround archetypes.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
  • Experience person in supply chain management - warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service or inventory planning would be preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening). Solid business knowledge. Sense of urgency with strong follow-up skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to work with in a te setting. nclude the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in inventory planning or supply chain management.
  • Knowledge of supply chain planning processes
  • Must be able to work with a high degree of independence to produce results with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, JDE, Rapid Response (preferred) and demonstrated ability to perform advanced analytics
  • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
