Supply Chain Business Analyst – Customer Operations
Location: Hybrid (Office Monday – Thursday, Work from Home Fridays)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CST
Pay Rate: $33/hour
Excel Assessment Required:
Candidates must demonstrate advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including v-lookups, pivot tables, and IF statements. Candidates will be tested. Please submit both the resume and test scores with your submission.
Position Overview:
The Analyst 2, Customer Operations, will be responsible for overseeing service level compliance, driving operational efficiencies, and ensuring timely and accurate order management from Distribution Centers to both internal and external customers. This role requires high attention to detail, advanced Excel capabilities, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee service level compliance and coordinate resource allocation to improve order processing efficiency and shipment movement.
Lead communications between business teams and supply planning to ensure timely issue resolution and visibility of order status.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer contract operations from order receipt to invoicing, ensuring milestones are met.
Monitor, analyze, and report on order data through Excel; identify root causes for errors and develop corrective processes.
Liaise with cross-functional teams on order status, shipping dates, delays, product availability, and regulatory issues.
Provide updates and escalate issues as necessary to leadership.
Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Independently prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain preferred.
In lieu of a degree, a high school diploma plus 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience with ERP systems.
Minimum 2 years of experience in export, logistics, order management, or customer service.
Minimum 2 years of experience in medical devices, healthcare supply chain, or pharmaceutical industries.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, IF statements).
Proficiency in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
