The Supply Chain Contract Administrator will provide critical operational support to onsite Supply Chain teams by managing day-to-day contracting, sourcing, and administrative activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution across the full source-to-pay lifecycle, allowing Supply Chain Managers to focus on strategic initiatives.
This position is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with prior experience in procurement or contract administration, who is comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support contract preparation, compliance, and document management
- Coordinate contractor onboarding and ensure adherence to established processes
- Assist with competitive sourcing activities, including RFP support and bid evaluations
- Provide accounts payable and invoice workflow support
- Maintain accurate contract trackers, files, and systems
