We’re seeking a strategic, forward‑thinking Senior Director of Supply Chain to lead global procurement, planning, logistics, and supplier performance within a highly regulated aerospace environment. This role drives end‑to‑end supply chain excellence, partnering closely with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless material flow and on‑time program delivery.

What You’ll Lead:

Global sourcing, procurement, production planning, and inventory management

Supplier qualification, contract negotiation, and performance improvement

Compliance with AS9100, ITAR, DFARS, and aerospace quality standards

ERP/MRP optimization and digital transformation

Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives

Global team leadership across North America, Europe, and Asia

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, Business, or related field

10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership in aerospace or defense

Expertise in machined parts, complex assemblies, and metal fabrication

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and cost‑modeling experience

Ability to read engineering drawings and collaborate cross‑functionally

MBA or APICS/CSCP/CPIM preferred
