We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Director to join a well established manufacturing organization within a complex and highly regulated environment. This role will lead the end to end supply chain function, ensuring continuity of supply, operational efficiency and on time delivery to customers.

The Supply Chain Director will take ownership of purchasing, planning and materials strategy, working closely with senior leadership to align supply chain performance with wider business objectives. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, cost reduction and supplier performance.

As the Supply Chain Director your responsibilities will include:

• Leading supply chain strategy to ensure on time delivery and operational continuity

• Managing supplier performance, sourcing strategies and cost reduction initiatives

• Driving SIOP processes and materials planning to meet business demands

• Overseeing inventory management, forecasting and KPI performance

• Collaborating with internal teams to support production, engineering and business growth

As the Supply Chain Director you will bring:

• Strong experience within supply chain, operations or purchasing leadership

• In depth knowledge of supply chain tools, ERP systems and planning processes

• Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance improvements

• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
