Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a Supply Chain Field Organization Program Manager in Oak Ridge, TN

As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and execution of the Supply Chain Field Organization which manages the ACO supply chain.

What You Will Do:

Key responsibilities include leading a cross functional team to optimize supplier reliability and quality performance, identifies and facilitates the review and qualification of new suppliers, drives continuous improvement within the supply chain, mitigates supply chain risks by establishing contingency plans, identifying opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs, and monitors and maintain metrics to measure supply chain performance.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management

8-10 Years of Related Experience

Proficient in Microsoft products, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within high pressure work site environment.

Working knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and principles

A Successful Candidate Brings:

Strong Analytical Skills: To analyze information, data, and identify potential issues or opportunities

Problem-Solving Skills: To develop creative solutions to challenges that arise

Communication Skills: To effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Technical skills: Working knowledge of machine shop manufacturing processes

Leadership Skills: To motivate and guide team members.
