Job Title: Supply Chain Lead Planner

Regular Shift: 8-5 (Onsite at Florida)

Core Essential Skillset:

Should have a Supply Chain Lead experience in the past.
Have worked in a DEA regulated controlled environment.
At least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environment is beneficial.
Minimum of 3 years experience working in SAP, APO and ECC.

Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelors Degree.


THE POSITION
We are looking for an individual to join our Supply Chain Team on a 4 6 month temporary basis to cover paternity leave to focus on supply chain planning activities for our Davie Site.

Tasks & responsibilities
Support a team of planners, schedulers and planner-buyers ensuring planning and execution of the end-to-end site supply plan
Support the review and development of the site supply plan(s) based on required demand from the market and packaging sites
Drive the RCCP across manufacturing ensuring that capacity and resources are balanced whilst enabling continual supply
Responsible for planning and scheduling of specific resources
Support the overall process for planning bids and tenders; collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure feasibility against all known constraints
Support & lead projects focusing on improvement to supply chain planning processes
Participate in daily meetings with manufacturing, QA and other stakeholders to align on all planning activities
Supporting the reporting and management of key KPIs: demand adherence, schedule adherence and inventory

Qualifications
At least 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical and/or FMCG environment is beneficial
Minimum of 3 years experience working in SAP APO and ECC
Qualification in Engineering or a BA of Supply Chain Management / Operations Management
Pharmaceutical / FMCG Experience
Fundamental understanding and experience in Supply Chain Planning (planning, scheduling, data management and S&OP
