Supply Chain Leader Apply
The Supply Chain Leader oversees the companies supply chain activities including planning, scheduling, inventory and purchasing. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and cost reduction. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of goods and services, from raw materials to finished products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production goals.
- Strategically source and procure materials while optimizing cost and quality.
- Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Drive process improvements, reduce costs, and increase productivity through data analysis.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Solve supply chain challenges and minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with sales to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with driving process improvements within a supply chain operation.
- Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience in leading and directing teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems and how to make them work for the company.
- Lean / Six Sigma certifications or similar process improvement certifications are preferred
Salary range is $80,000 - $100,000 and a full benefits package is available.
