Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Job Duration: Full-Time/40 Hours a week/Permanent

Job Duties: Managing Inventory deployments in NORAM and LATAM regions of client as per project requirements. Conducting cost analysis for inventory and plan obsolete reduction. Procurement of consumables items, in-line with project demands. Develop forecasting models. Conduct Statistical analysis to analyze consumables material requirements and manage forecasting models. Coordinate with vendors to conduct gap analysis and ensure optimal supply of materials and accuracy of receipts. Create metrics and dashboards for inventory management and identifying corrective actions to manage obsolescence. Lead program meetings for integrated rack builds with project teams and mitigate risks by relevant escalations to senior management. Create dashboards using tools to measure inter site-to-site shipments OTD (On-Time-Delivery performance). Operationalize internal assembly of hardware by ensuring Bill of materials (BOM) are clearly defined by network engineers. Collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure POs are created on time and mitigate issues with teams and management to ensure optimal supply of hardware. Create plans for budgets and expenditures for consumables and track the delivery performance by creating weekly and quarterly reports. Ensure materials in project pools are reclassed appropriately and accurately for project executions with emphasis on reducing obsolete and scrap. Provide managerial assistance to data analysis endeavors upon request.

Job Requirements: Required Master's or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 1 year of experience in the job offered, Program Manager, Project Manager, SAP Analyst, Developer or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
