About Us Champro® is a privately-owned sporting goods and apparel manufacturer that has been in business for 30+ years. We deliver high-value, traditional & innovative athletic equipment and apparel via outstanding, integrity-driven customer service. Our business philosophy is focused on our customers and we take pride in providing them with the best overall values in team sports products. Position We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to serve as the gatekeeper of our supply chain ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of critical data—including parts, bill of materials, pricing, UPCs and logistics parameters. Your work ensures that our automated procurement, production, and shipping systems run without a hitch. Key Responsibilities Data Lifecycle Management: Create, update, and retire master data records (Materials, Vendors, Customers, and BOMs) in the ERP system. Quality Assurance: Audit data regularly to identify inconsistencies. You’ll be the "clean-up crew" for duplicate entries or outdated lead times. Process Optimization: Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to streamline how data is collected and entered. Standardization: Maintain and enforce data governance policies to ensure naming conventions and categorizations remain consistent across global regions. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot data-related issues that cause hiccups in the supply chain (e.g., "Why did this PO trigger for the wrong quantity?"). Required Skills & Qualifications Experience - 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Data Management, or Analyst roles. Technical Proficiency - High expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics) and Advanced Excel. Analytical Mindset - Ability to spot patterns in large datasets and understand the "butterfly effect" of a single wrong digit. Education - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field. Soft Skills - High attention to detail and the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical teammates. Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a consensus-driven environment. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Industry Experience: Direct experience in both Apparel/Fashion and Hard Goods is highly desirable. Systems Experience: Hands-on experience with demand planning software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP APO, JDA/Blue Yonder, o9, Anaplan), WMS and ERP systems. Certifications: APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) is a plus. Company Culture & Benefits We are proud to offer eligible associates a full-range of benefits including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, 401K, Profit Sharing, paid time off, holidays, and reimbursement toward gym membership fees. A collaborative atmosphere working together to exceed our customers’ expectations, as well as, an Equal Opportunity Employer bringing together diverse individuals to develop new and innovative solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
