BA/BS degree in Business, Logistics, or related field is required

MBA and/or master's degree in operations or supply chain management preferred

Master scheduling, distribution planning, SAP a must

Experience in a seeds planning supply chain environment preferred

Working knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) system required.

Expert level analytical skills, along with a thorough knowledge of current Supply Chain Management concepts required (Excel expert level with queries, pivot tables, etc...)

Experienced working effectively at corporate levels in and across a functional environment and in a globally managed complex business environment
