Are you a seasoned supply chain professional with a passion for planning and optimization? Do you have hands‑on experience with Advanced Planning & Scheduling software and a drive to lead transformational supply chain projects? Miebach Consulting, a global leader in supply chain and logistics solutions , is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to strengthen our North American Planning practice . In this role, you will lead high‑impact projects , collaborate with clients to enhance their planning processes , and contribute to business development . Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute supply chain planning projects , ensuring successful implementation and measurable client results . Utilize APS software and other planning tools to optimize demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and S&OP processes . Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement best‑in‑class supply chain solutions . Develop and present data‑driven recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency . Client Engagement & Advisory: Work closely with clients to understand supply chain challenges and provide tailored planning solutions . Serve as a trusted advisor on demand planning, forecasting, and S&OP best practices. Support business development efforts , identifying opportunities and contributing to client proposals . Team & Knowledge Development: Mentor and support junior team members in supply chain planning best practices and technology solutions . Contribute to internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives to enhance Miebach’s expertise in supply chain planning . Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, S&OP, or APS software implementation. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets to drive decision‑making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Consulting experience is a plus. Why Join Miebach?
