We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our Jacuzzi Group- North America Bath team.
The Supply Chain Planning Manager will manage the flow of materials through the companies supply chain, such as: inbound scheduling, movement of goods into facility and through the facilities and then outbound to a multi-channel customer network, in a way that maximizes on-time delivery while minimizing inventory and logistics cost. Lead the supply chain planning team to meet the demand of the business. This leader will also oversee the cycle count processes in our DC’s ensuring that we have end-to-end control across the supply chain network. The manager will ensure that these functions are deployed in alignment with the company strategy. This individual will lead ongoing improvement initiatives at various locations and promote organizational growth.
Requirements
- Utilize systematic processes to monitor materials management operating compliance and performance.
- Formulate supply strategies and acquire necessary resources to ensure we meet and improve KPI targets such as On-time Delivery, Past Due, Days on Hand, Excess and Obsoletes.
- Drive communication and information dissemination on improvement opportunities, lean initiatives and facilitates ongoing performance feedback to operational supply chain management and employees.
- Drive alignment with sites and corporate staff regarding projects, processes, and initiatives.
- Define process improvement opportunities within area of responsibility through gaining advanced understanding of operational material demand planning requirements.
- Elaborate, negotiate, and manage Jacuzzi's objectives and budgets, as well as the strategies and action plans to achieve those objectives.
- Participate in industry benchmarking to gauge the effectiveness of current Jacuzzi processes and to evaluate, adapt and implement the best practices of industry leadership.
- Develop individuals and teams, setting goals, and holding people accountable, leveraging resources, effective communication, building organizational capability, and professional presence.
- Deploy and maintain inventory replenishment plan(s) and Min./Max. that optimize service level, inventory levels, and logistics cost. Participate in regional inventory forecasting and follow-up processes. Effectively optimize inventory levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Principal responsiblity for quarterly and annual physical inventories and cycle counts.
- Deploy sustainable Shop-floor processes that facilitate the efficient and economical flow of material and support MRP Health (accuracy, repeatability, etc.). These processes include Receiving, Warehousing, Materials Movement (physical and transactional), Inventory Record Accuracy (cycle counting, BOM and Routing Audits).
- Manages reduction in our current excess and obsolete material to achieve company goals.
- Actively support upcoming new product introductions from the materials planning perspective and product transition, ensuring a smooth ramp up and positive customer experience. This includes packaging and external logistics agreements.
- Must be able to travel between our sites (Roughly 40% travel)
Compensation for this role is $115,000+ plus an annual bonus.

- Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain (Planning, Distribution, Inventory Management. Transportation and Project Management are a plus)
- APICS or Six Sigma certification are a plus.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing Techniques as they relate to materials planning and logistics
- Proficient in Windows Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Essential skills include leadership, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, coaching expertise, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong focus on customer service.
- Experience utilizing an ERP/MRP (LN or Infor experience preferred)
