Job Description
Job Title: Program/Project Manager
Location: Tualatin, OR 97062 (ON SITE)
Pay Range: $70 – 80/Hr. On W2 (Depending on Experience/Interview)
Duration: Contract Role (Possible Extension or Temp to Hire for Right Candidate)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday on-site 3 days per week & remote 2 days
Job Description:
Analyze and interpret forecast and demand data for products to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop and implement mechanisms and processes for the supply chain organization to capture actionable plans with two different but dependent approaches:
Long Term: addressing forecast and demand requirements for our product ramps
Short Term: addressing current supply chain health of our supplier base to eliminate/mitigate gaps
Collaborate with supply chain, order fulfillment teams to ensure alignment and transparency in demand management.
Monitor and track execution of supply chain action plans, establishing accountability and reporting structures to drive prompt completion.
Facilitate regular reviews and updates with stakeholders to ensure ramp targets are consistently met.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies related to supply chain responsiveness and ramp timing.
Project Management Skills is a must (CPM ideally)
Experience with Supply Chain procurement and capacity assessment processes
Ability to identify risk and create strategies for contingency plans and mitigation across supply chain and global operations on constraints to execute our build plan
Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills and tactical execution
Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting, demand planning, and process development.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven track record of driving accountability and execution within cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Proficient in Kinaxis, Power BI and SAP is a plus
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 8 years supporting Engineering, Supply Chain, Order Fulfilment, or related field
Ability to develop data models to enable easy visualization to drive action plans
Lean Six Sigma certification and experience is preferred
Ability to lead team in problem solving methodologies and translate those into executable plans
Excellent verbal and written communication with experience influencing stakeholders
Escalating issues while maintaining positive relationships across teams and organizations
