Job Responsibilities:

- Analyze and support the price and material adjustment process. Validate part lists are complete, current prices match and ensure documentation is included and supports requested changes.

- Identify outliers and be able to investigate and escalate issues to resolution.

- Forecasting: Manage specific council’s Material Place Holders (forecast tool). Conduct monthly 1on1 reviews with Supply Base Managers to ensure a robust forecast for raw materials, and assist in month-end activities related to updating forecasts in the Cost Management System (CMS)

- Publish reports, understand the reports you publish and be able to answer questions

Skill Set Requirements:

- Must have demonstrated strong experience with Excel – specifically functions like VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables

- Strong Interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to work with team

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Good Organizational Skills

- Skill in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution

Additional Notes:

- A degree is required for this position (Technical Degree, Associates Degree, or 4-Year Degree will all be accepted)

-Recent graduates will be considered
