Supply Clerk Apply
Serves as inventory supply clerk for Clemson University Network Services, Telecommunications and Smart Classroom within CCIT. Responsible for assisting with purchasing and receiving of supplies and equipment. Assist Supply Manger in maintaining storeroom with monetary value of approximately $12,000,000. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Inventory:
Responsible for the daily staging of requested inventory items and the data entry into our Telemanagement system of all items checked out. Generate daily count reports to review inventory stock status and reordering levels. Monthly and annual inventories are done on 100% of inventory items. Daily spot counts are performed.
40% - Essential - Ordering and Receiving:
Enters supply and equipment orders into the eProcurment system for Network Services and Telecommunications. Must receipt purchased items into eProcurement system and Telemanagement System. Responsible for requesting and applying asset tags to capital equipment. Required to physically stock all items on shelves.
5% - Essential - Equipment returns and repairs:
Prepare telephones and other equipment that need to be returned for repair or replacement to vendor. Coordinate returns with vendor and shipping company. Update all inventory records in the Telemanagement System.
5% - Essential - Surplus:
Coordinate preparation and removal of surplus property. Prepare surplus property forms with item information for surplus property manager.

Education - High School or Equivalent
