Supply & Demand Planner – Eatonton or Atlanta, GA

Cosmo Cabinets, a leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer based in Eatonton, Georgia, is seeking a Supply & Demand Planner to support our manufacturing and supply chain operations. This position may be based in either Eatonton or Atlanta, GA.

We produce high-quality kitchen cabinets for the multifamily, builder, senior living, and student housing markets. Learn more at Develop and manage demand plans based on sales orders and material lead times.

2. Coordinate raw material purchasing and production scheduling.

3. Calculate material consumption and job-specific usage yields.

4. Support 13-week supply plans and KPI reporting within the S&OP process.

5. Drive root-cause analysis for supply and demand performance gaps.

6. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and supply alignment.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing demand planning, supply chain, or materials management.

2. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (required).

3. Experience in the kitchen cabinet or building products industry preferred.

4. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

5. Team-oriented and detail-driven.
