What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate supply management–related projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, suppliers, and leadership to deliver project objectives on time and within scope
- Support sourcing, cost reduction, and change management initiatives
- Facilitate discussions, manage priorities, and help resolve issues or conflicts as they arise
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and deliver clear documentation, presentations, and updates for various levels of the organization
- Balance multiple projects at once while adapting quickly to shifting priorities

What Skills You Need
- Experience leading teams or managing projects across functions and facilities
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with engineering, suppliers, and management
- Proven negotiation, facilitation, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
What Makes You Stand Out
- Background in supply management areas such as supplier integration, strategic sourcing, supplier development, material flow, logistics, forecasting, scheduling, or tactical supply management
- Experience with SAP and/or PDM workflow systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Business or engineering degree, or equivalent practical experience (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
