The Supply Operations Manager manages supply contracts, supports daily supply decisions, and coordinates with dispatch to ensure effective execution. It also handles GPO requests, reporting, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.
Pay: Competitive salary and paid weekly.

Supply & Contract Management
Monitor daily contract performance and utilization.
Track contract balances, allocations, and volume commitments.
Ensure PTL is maximizing the use of available contract supply.
Identify and communicate upcoming supply constraints or opportunities.
Assist with monthly contract planning and forecasting.
Daily Market & Pricing Analysis
Compare contracts, day deals, inventory, and spot opportunities to identify pull points.
Support daily supply decisions.
Commercial Operations & Dispatch Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between Supply and Dispatch.
Maintain visibility into next-day and same-day delivery requirements.
Ensure dispatch understands supply direction and sourcing strategies.
Communicate operational issues that may impact supply execution.
Assist with troubleshooting supply, loading, and scheduling issues
GPO Support
Respond to GPO requests.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply reports.
Track supplier performance and contract utilization.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Success Measures
Maximized contract utilization and supply optimization.
Accurate and timely reporting.
Effective coordination between Supply, Dispatch, and Sales.
Timely response to GPO requests.
Reduction of supply and operational issues through proactive communication.
Three (3) or more years’ experience in a similar position involving fuel supply, dispatch coordination, supply chain, or logistics strongly preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Oil and Gas industry experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills for internal and external customer service.
Detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering preferred, relevant work experience will be considered
