Support Analyst
Rosemead, CA

Rate - $40 - $45/hr on W2
- Provide project analysis/reporting/trending and analysis using excel and PowerBI
- Job Package Intake Receive packages in via Remedy queue, review for completeness using a pre-defined checklist, post job Package in SharePoint, notify predetermined list of individuals via email of job readiness. Submit Material Staging request if materials are present. Update work orders with job information in SAP.
- Job Status Updates Transition comments from an MS Form to Work Manager
- Project artifact and financial object creation create/update/close project records
- Provide work queue analysis/reporting/trending using excel
- We are looking to automate some of the tasks, the individual would need to assist in the development of documentation to support the automation and would be expected to provide governance over the task once automation was complete (review for errors/exceptions, escalate to IT when necessary
