2nd Line Support Engineer | Bristol/Hybrid | £30,000 - £40,000 + Bonus Windows Server | Microsoft 365 | Firewall | Network switches | Second Line Support | Service Desk | Support Engineer | 3rd Line Support I have partnered with a brilliant Microsoft MSP who are looking to grow their Support team. You will be joining a team of 10 to take the lead in investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents.You will take on complex technical investigations across on‑premises networks, servers, and cloud environments, ensuring incidents are resolved efficiently, accurately documented, and handled with exceptional customer care in line with SLAs.Experience needed –Solid previous experience working within a 2nd line roleStrong Microsoft stack experienceNetwork experienceIf you hold any certifications this will be an advantage.What do you get in return –Salary up to £40,000Hybrid working (3 days in the office)Certification trainingSolid bonus structurePrivate medical options25 days holidayAnd moreIf you’re interested in this role please apply or send your CV to to applyno sponsorship
