PAY RATE: $37-47/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Summary:

  • Interprets and analyzes engineering, reliability, maintainability, and supply chain data, along with customer operations and support concepts, to develop comprehensive support solutions, including support analysis, provisioning, spares solutions, and maintenance and inspection documentation.
  • Provides recommendations on product supportability, establishes operational maintenance tasks, and defines required support resources to meet program objectives.

  • Develops and maintains support systems to achieve supportability requirements and identifies logistics support candidates from product definitions.

  • Prepares logistics support analysis records and reports, determines spares provisioning requirements, and recommends appropriate spare and replacement part levels and stocking strategies.

  • Writes and maintains technical documentation for operating, testing, inspecting, and maintaining aircraft systems and components.

  • Evaluates aircraft and fleet operational performance, reliability, and availability to establish effective maintenance concepts.

  • Supports the collection and evaluation of system support technical data and assists in defining product supportability requirements, maintenance tasks, and resource needs for single equipment subsystems.

  • Contributes to spares provisioning plans and technical documentation to ensure comprehensive support solutions.

  • Note: For Level 1 and 2 positions in locations where SPEEA representation applies, this job family is covered by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.

Requirements:

  • Education and experience typically acquired through a Bachelor's degree.

  • 3 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master's + 1 year related experience, or 7 years related work experience).

  • Previous defense platform experience supporting military customers (Fighter aircraft preferred)

  • Experience with Radar/Electronic Warfare Systems (top priority)

  • Minimum of 3 years of Avionics Systems Maintenance experience (on aircraft)

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Communications/Navigation Systems

  • Electrical Systems knowledge

  • Weapons Systems experience

  • Integration Systems familiarity

  • Technical Publication Authoring experience
