Support SpecialistPosition Summary: Serve as the liaison between the client and our Arstrat office.Pay rate: $15Up To $250.00 Bonus MonthlyPosition responsibilities:Review accounts sent via email from both the client and Arstrat staff for resolutionSubmit insurance billing requests to the clientUpdate accounts with information received from the client and Arstrat officesProcess itemized statements requested by patients, insurances and attorneysProcess correspondence sent to our office by the patients, insurances and attorneysFacilitate adjustments and cash transfer requestFollow up on disputed accounts to check for resolutionFacilitate missing payment research with the VendorDraft zero balance letters, Settlement letters, Balance verification letters and any other requested letters for collection specialistsProficient in Excel and Microsoft WordBonus eligibilityPay hourly $15Benefits and Incentives:Comprehensive Health Coverage: Group medical, dental, and vision plans available from the first day of the month following 90 days of full-time employment.Life and Disability Insurance: Basic life/AD&D, short-term, and long-term disability coverage provided, with options for voluntary life/AD&D.401(k) Retirement Savings Plan: Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) plan at the beginning of the first calendar quarter following 6 months of continuous service.Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue Paid Time Off starting on your first day of employment.Flexibility in Benefits: The company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate any benefits programs as needed.Education and experience:High school diploma or college degree from an accredited college or university2-3 years of experience in a healthcare back-office function or customer care functionWork environment / physical requirements:Work environment is an office location.
