Your duties will include responding to client inquiries, resolving issues, and bringing a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. As a Support Specialist, you will contribute to the overall success of our firm by helping clients navigate our services effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with understanding our services, pricing, and processes.

  • Document client interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement based on client feedback and inquiries.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance service knowledge and support skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or client-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
