Support Staff Apply
The Harris Law Group is small personal injury law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are looking for an assistant for the day-to-day support of the practice working directly with paralegals/attorneys. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in the legal field.
The position encompasses answering phones, requesting medical records and other documents, assisting paralegals with faxes/emails/mail, making outbound calls to medical providers, insurance companies, clients, etc. and documenting notes of conversations, keeping track of clients medical bills including health insurance payments, adjustments, etc., responsible for obtaining accurate balance verifications from medical providers and, perform other duties and responsibilities as may arise in a busy law office. Expect to be trained, but have a positive mindset, a good disposition and strong work ethic!

Experience/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required);
- Microsoft office (Preferable);
- Flexibility to work longer hours if necessary;
- Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Relocate before starting work (Required)
