OnTrack is seeking a reliable and skilled SMT Technician to assist with the installation, setup, and operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) equipment. This role supports production by ensuring machines are installed correctly, running efficiently, and maintained to the highest standards.

Must have's

• Must have used or operated an SMT Machine
• Must have up-to-date resume with current work history to be considered

Shift:

• Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - $25 hourly

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, set up, and configure SMT production equipment
• Perform testing, calibration, and verification of machine performance
• Assist with equipment upgrades, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Read and follow technical instructions, diagrams, and work orders
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine operation
• Support production teams with equipment-related needs
• Document work performed, machine status, and any issues found
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience with SMT, electronics assembly, or related equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals/schematics
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work full shift standing, bending, or lifting as required
• Must pass Background Check, Drug Test, and E-Verify
• Reliable transportation to Fort Worth (76177)
