Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in the operating room, supporting surgical teams during transplant or spine procedures.
• Maintain adherence to safety and sterile technique protocols throughout all surgical interventions.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in night and weekend call rotations as required, delivering consistent and quality care.
• Utilize dual certifications and licensures to comply with regulatory and facility standards.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and valid DORA licensure.
• National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) certification.
• Proven experience in a surgical setting, preferably involving transplant or spine procedures.
• Strong clinical skills in operating room nursing and patient care.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, especially under pressure.

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour shifts
• Day shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM
• Night and weekend on-call duties
