Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in scrubbing and preparation for general surgeries, trauma cases, orthopedic procedures, OB/GYN surgeries, and endoscopies
• Support the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring proper handling of instruments and equipment
• Respond to call requirements to provide timely operating room support as needed
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as an Operating Room Technician or similar role in a hospital setting
• Hands-on proficiency with a broad spectrum of surgical cases, including trauma and orthopedic procedures
• Ability to work extended shifts and respond effectively when on call
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and patient safety protocols
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential

Shift Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
