Job Title: Survey CAD Tech

Location: Barneston, NE

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Compensation: $15-$30 per hour based on experience.

Produce residential surveys for plot plans, form surveys, and land title surveys using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Carlson.

Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced office environment.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all drafting tasks.

Handle additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Carlson in a survey design capacity is required.

Preferred drafting experience in:

Plot Plans

Boundary Surveys

Topographic Surveys

Elevation / Flood Certificates

Form Checks/ Surveys

Land Title Surveys

Subdivision Surveys

Architectural Plans

Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week between 8 am and 5 pm.

Field experience is a plus.

Must be eligible to work under U.S. Law.
