Sushi Production Associate (On the Job Training)We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals to join our Sushi Production Team. This is a fast-paced food manufacturing environment where quality, safety, and teamwork are essential. Multiple positions are available across various departments.Employment Type: Full TimeAvailable Roles:Salmon Cutter: Responsible for precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of salmon to company standards.Packers: Pack finished sushi products for distribution, ensuring accurate labeling and presentation.Prep Department: Handle ingredients preparation including rice, vegetables, and seafood for daily production.Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of production areas, equipment, and tools in compliance with food safety standards.Nigiri Line: Assemble Nigiri sushi with accuracy and consistency in size, shape, and weight.Robot Operator: Operate and monitor sushi-making machines, including rice robot and roller machines.Warehouse: Handle inventory, receive and organize materials, assist with stock rotation and distribution support.Requirements:Must be flexible with schedule (including overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts)Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.Follow strict hygiene and food safety guidelinesMust adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)Food Safety experience preferred.Hygiene & Appearance Policy:To comply with food safety standards, associates must:Not wear jewelry (including piercings and watches)Avoid wearing perfume or scented productsNot wear acrylic nails, fake eyelashes, or makeupKeep nails trimmed and naturalWear required PPE (hairnet, gloves, face mask, etc.)
