Job Description & Skill Requirement:

> Design and develop suspension layouts (front and rear) using NX.
> Build and analyze kinematic models to evaluate suspension travel, motion ratios, roll center, camber gain, bump steer, and other performance parameters.
> Work with large mechanical assemblies, ensuring accurate integration of suspension components with chassis and body systems.
> Support the creation of a standardized suspension development process tailored for customer, including documentation, workflows, and CAD guidelines.
> Collaborate with vehicle dynamics, testing, and product engineering teams to meet targeted ride, handling, and durability performance.
> Generate CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and reports as part of the development cycle.
