Role: System Analyst
Location: Westlake, TX
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
- Bachelor degree required technology related field preferred
- 5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
- 3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
- Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
- Proven track record of delivering in a fastpaced, evolving environment
- Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization
- Experience crafting web based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus
- Experience with APIs is a plus
- Experience with contact center integration projects
- Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms
- Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal
- Strong collaboration and consensus building abilities
- Results oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
- Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives
- Broad application technology knowledge e.g., SQL, use case writing, business process and system workflow documentation and recognized expertise in two or more areas
- Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change
- Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions Comfortable woking in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups
