It offers warehousing, transportation, freight forwarding, container depot, ISO tank depot and automotive logistics services in Singapore.Role DescriptionThe incumbent will be joining our team as System Analyst in our subsidiary company, SH Cogent Logistics Pte Ltd.Duties1. Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The role involves working with various technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives2. Responsible for technical and administration activities for IT infrastructure which will include deployment, configuring, maintenance, upgrading and migration of critical infrastructure such as servers, workstations and system/network equipment3. Monitor and maintain system performance, including server uptime, network connectivity, and application functionality. Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure security and stability. Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues to resolve problems promptly4. Implement and manage security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access, breaches, and other threats. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address potential risks.5. Support and recommend system IT policies, standard operating procedure and capacity planning6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changesRequirements:1. Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines2. Relevant Microsoft certifications in MCSE, MCITP, VMWare Certifications3. Extensive knowledge and hands on in Windows Active Directory, File Services, and GPO, DNS, DHCP, WINS, DFS, WSUS, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure4. Extensive knowledge and hands on in VMWare virtualization5. Working knowledge in SAN environment and storage space management from systems6.
