Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsBasic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Familiarity with system analysis and design conceptsAbility to gather and document business and technical requirementsBasic knowledge of databases (SQL is a plus)Understanding of UML diagrams, flowcharts, or other modeling toolsGood communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsResponsibilities:Gather and document business requirements from stakeholdersAnalyze current systems, workflows, and processesAssist in designing system solutions or improvementsCreate documentation (SRS, flowcharts, UML diagrams)Work with developers to ensure requirements are understoodSupport system testing (UAT, debugging, validation)Help implement and monitor new systemsProvide basic user support and training
