Our client company is seeking a System Analyst to join our IT/S Business Systems team. The primary focus of this position is to support the various business systems company wide.
The System Analyst will:
- Investigate, analyze, and evaluate technical solutions and prepare recommendations on system projects using SDLC.
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders both inside and outside of Ricoh.
- Perform a variety of complex analytical, technical, and administrative activities of in-house and vendor software to support company business operations.
- Provide technical support and user consulting for assigned applications and business systems. Investigate issues, test, and implement solutions in a timely manner and seek to improve functionality.
- Research, identify, and evaluate new technologies and product solutions to meet current and future business requirements for complex or large system projects.
- Develop and deliver user training programs and coach users on new and existing applications and systems.
Qualifications
Experience
Required
3+ years related experience
Proficient in database design, data warehousing, business intelligence, and ETL process.
Advanced knowledge and experience in DBMS, SQL query and SQL script.
Experience with data interface using PowerShell, Web Services, SFTP, Rest API or equivalent.
Experience with coding languages including Python, Java, C#, JSON, or equivalent.
Excellent writing, verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to quickly learning new technologies with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Solutions including SharePoint, Power Apps and Power Automate or equivalent.
Experience with Nintex Automation Cloud (NAC).
Experience with data security.
