SALARY OFFERED: Up to $185K depending on candidates experience, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the architecture, design, and integration of embedded systems for aviation products.
• Work with cross-functional teams within Engineering and Product Management to define system requirements and specifications for new features and products.
• Drive the evaluation and selection of hardware and software components for system design.
• Oversee system testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes.
• Develop system models, prototypes, and documentation to support design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with aviation industry standards, including safety and reliability regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field (Master's in Engineering or MBA desired).
• 10+ years of experience in System Engineer or Systems Architect roles for embedded products.
• Regulated embedded product industry experience such as Aviation, Medical Devices, or Aerospace/Defense.
• Proven expertise in embedded system design, including hardware-software integration.
• Strong understanding of system-level requirements, architecture design, and implementation.
