Job Title: System Architect

Location: Remote

Summary: The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.

Responsibilities:

  • Review all system defects and new requirements from a holistic perspective, considering impacts on system performance, security, and maintainability
  • Assess solution risks to individual components and the overall system architecture, recommending mitigation strategies and alternative approaches
  • Assist developers with integration analysis, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across system components
  • Design and document system solutions using industry-standard architectural frameworks and design patterns, such as TOGAF or Microservices
  • Work with stakeholders to communicate technical designs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a System Architect in a regulated and compliant environment
  • System Architecture, TOGAF/Microservices, Integration Analysis, Risk Assessment, Communication
  • CASP+CE, CISSP, CSSLP (IASE II) (one certification required)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • TOGAF Certification
