Responsibilities:Integrate hardware and software to create a system that performs well according to the Bank's needs.Manage documentation of technical guidelines and implementation within the scope of the system engineer.Conduct PoCs and deploy them to the production environment.Periodically patch and update the Bank's IT system.Ensure the Bank's IT system runs properly in accordance with the SLA.Ensure the Bank's IT system is secure in accordance with the agreement with IT Security.Follow up on user complaints and provide solutions at the IT system level.Participate in monitoring and capacity planning of the IT system.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Informatics Management.Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Systems Engineer.Knowledge and ability to operate operating systems (Windows, Linux).Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.Understanding of patch management.Deep understanding of user access management and segregation of duties.
