What you’ll doAs a System Engineer, you’ll contribute to the stability, performance, and evolution of the IT infrastructure:Support and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.Monitor system performance and ensure availability of infrastructure services.Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory configurations.Assist in managing virtualization environments (VMware / Hyper-V or equivalent).Contribute to patch management, backups, and security updates.Troubleshoot incidents and support Level 2/3 technical issues.Collaborate with network, security, and application teams when needed.Document configurations, procedures, and infrastructure changes.Participate in continuous improvement of infrastructure processes and automation. What we’re looking forWe’re searching for someone who checks most of these boxes Technical skills (Junior profile – 0 to 3 years experience)Degree in IT, Systems, Infrastructure, or equivalent practical experience.Basic to solid knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux environments.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.Exposure to virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, containers are a plus).Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is an asset.Awareness of backup, monitoring, and cybersecurity principles.Nice to have:Experience with cloud environments (Azure / AWS).Familiarity with monitoring tools or infrastructure automation concepts.Soft skillsAnalytical mindset and structured problem-solving approach.Eagerness to learn and grow technically.Autonomous but comfortable asking for support when needed.Team player with clear communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.LanguagesFrench: professional level (spoken and written).English: professional level (documentation, collaboration).Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
