System EngineerUxbridge | Full-time | On-site (1 day wfh)£55,000-£60,000We’re looking for a System Engineer to join a growing engineering team focused on developing and delivering next-generation communication products.In this role, you’ll take ownership of system verification and validation, working closely with hardware, software, and cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements before release.What you’ll be doing:Lead system, integration, verification, and validation testing for new productsDevelop and execute test plans, procedures, and reportsSupport regulatory and compliance testing (e.g. ETSI, FCC, EMC/EMI)Work closely with engineering teams to diagnose issues and improve product qualityContribute to test strategy and Design-for-Test during developmentCoordinate with third-party test labs where requiredWhat we’re looking for:Experience in system and integration testing of hardware and/or software productsStrong debugging, failure analysis, and problem-solving skillsExposure to regulatory or compliance testing (ETSI, FCC, EMC/EMI)Comfortable producing clear test documentationExperience with Python or scripting for test automation or data analysis is a plusBackground in electronics, RF, telecommunications, or similar engineering fieldsThis role is primarily based on site with the opportunity to work 1 day from home, workload dependent.
