This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse client environments, providing technical leadership and hands-on support to ensure systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Systems Management: Oversee and maintain client IT systems, including workstations, servers, and network infrastructure. Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a senior escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues. Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. Performance Monitoring: Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations and issue resolutions to support long-term efficiency. Key Skills: Required: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Expertise in Windows Server, Office 365, and Exchange environments. Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred: Experience with backup solutions and IT service management platforms. Microsoft and/or Cisco certifications. Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware. Experience with Cisco Meraki and firewall management.
