Job Title: Epicor Systems Administrator / Systems Analyst

Location: On‑Site

Employment Type: Full‑Time

About the Role

We are a growing manufacturing company seeking an experienced Systems Administrator/Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize our Epicor ERP environment. This individual will play a key role in system functionality, user training, system upgrades, performance reporting, and the implementation of new features that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, support, and enhance the Epicor ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Analyze existing system functions and recommend enhancements to improve workflows across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Epicor.
  • Conduct end‑user training to improve user adoption, system knowledge, and operational efficiency.
  • Assist with ERP system upgrades, patches, module rollouts, and the implementation of new features.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, and other analytics tools to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with Epicor support when necessary, and implement long‑term solutions.
  • Support project management activities for system-related initiatives, including planning, testing, documentation, and go‑live support.
  • Maintain data integrity, security permissions, and system configuration documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of hands‑on Epicor ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP workflows, manufacturing processes, inventory, purchasing, and production modules.
  • Experience with Epicor tools such as BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reports, dashboards, DMT, and user security.
  • Ability to train end users at various technical skill levels.
  • Experience participating in or leading ERP upgrades, module implementations, or enhancement projects.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in discrete manufacturing or similar production-based industries.
  • Knowledge of SQL or related reporting tools.
  • Project management experience (formal or informal); PMP is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in business process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives.
