Description
1) Designs solutions and capabilities that are scalable and adaptable based on customer Agency business requirements in alignment with the architecture strategy, polices and standards.
2) Promotes shared infrastructure and applications to reduce costs and improve business processes.
3) Translate business requirements to strategy, content, application modernization, DevOps, APIs, microservices, etc.
4) Documents and communicates architectural requirements.
5) Collaborates with Business Application Services staff to architect, design and implement new systems and modify the design of existing systems.
6) Prepares technical documentation for submission to ITS Enterprise Engineering (i.e. Bill of Materials (BoM), Server Diagrams, System Context Diagrams, etc.)
7) Identifies and implements shared software solutions across Health & Human Services Agencies.
8) Participates in evaluations of software products and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
9) Collaborates with Information Security Officers and Portfolio Staff to remediate vulnerabilities and exploits.
Mandatory Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Related Field 2. 60 Months of experience designing technical solutions and capabilities that are scalable and adaptable based on customer business requirements. 3. 60 Months of experience documenting and communicating architectural requirements and preparing technical documentation (ie. Bill of Materials (BoM), Server Diagrams, System Context Diagrams, etc.) 4. 60 Months of experience with Windows Server IIS and .NET application implementation 5. 60 Months of experience with Microsoft SQL Server including SSMS, SSIS, and SSRS implementation 6. 60 Months of experience with RESTful API Architecture including data models, endpoints, and authentication 7. 60 Months of experience with web application AD integration and authentication
