The Releasing Analyst is responsible for managing the interface between our supply base and the various Parts Supply and Logistics (PS&L)/Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems (SAP/SNC, MMP, SDS, Super-G), ensuring our suppliers adhere to our established processes and ship to the schedules provided. Hold reoccurring meetings with high VOR/backorder/behind schedule/poor performing suppliers to obtain promise ship dates at the part level and drive overall supplier improvement and development Responsibilities: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement through data analysis Escalate supplier issues cross-functionally (e.g. Production/Service Purchasing, Product Analysis, Quality, Engineering, Material Planning & Logistics, etc.) Support Sales & Marketing, CX (Customer Experience) initiatives, and other FCSD Transformation projects while working with Ford/Lincoln dealers, as required. BA/BS Degree Required – Supply Chain Degree Preferred Knowledge of PS&L systems preferred, primarily SAP SCM Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work with large cross-functional teams Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to multi-task, strong problem-solving, conflict management skills Outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills Qualifications You'll have...
