Significance, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a team in Coronado, CA. This role requires an Active Secret Clearance. Responsibilities The Systems Analyst will use various financial and supply systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), Defense Travel System (DTS), SYNCADA, and the Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) including performing budget and accounting functions. Collect, consolidate, and monitor obligation data; review and resolve suspended and unmatched financial transactions; and conduct obligation validation and reconciliation within Navy official accounting systems to ensure the accuracy of month-end financial reports and support audit readiness through diligent financial reconciliations and corrective actions. Process funding documents, including purchase requests (PRs), tracking, posting, and reconciliation; provide training and assistance to end users submitting requests in N-ERP. Analyze legacy and prior-year financial transactions to maintain data integrity; collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and system data quality; offer technical support and specialized Navy ERP training for advanced users to sustain Navy ERP migration and audit compliance. Qualifications Minimum of three years of recent experience required. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
