Systems Analyst II

Our client is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support, configure, and enhance their Oracle Cloud HCM environment, recently upgraded to Oracle Redwood. The ideal candidate is an independent worker with strong analytical skills and a solutions-oriented mindset. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT. Systems Analyst II's Responsibilities and Duties: Support, build, configure, and implement new functions within Oracle Cloud HCM Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system issues across core HCM modules Build and maintain reports using tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher Design, build, and support integrations using tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC Configure and maintain Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules Assist with testing and validation following the Oracle Redwood upgrade Systems Analyst II's Qualifications and Skills: At least 3 years of professional experience as an Oracle HR/HCM Systems Analyst or similar role Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules Experience with Oracle Redwood, or willingness/ability to work within a recently upgraded Redwood environment Report building experience with tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher Integration experience with tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical solutions Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities RightClick is an equal opportunity employer who agrees not to discriminate against any employee or job applicant irrespective of race, color, creed, alienage, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender (including gender identity), marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship or any other characteristic protected by law. #LI-AM1 #LI-Hybrid #IND123
