Key Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on IT experience (preferred), including support of Windows Server, applications, Cisco routing/switching, and NAS/SAN technologies Strong critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and project execution skills with minimal downtime Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a client-service, results-oriented mindset Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and a “get it done” attitude Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing changing priorities and complex IT environments Willingness to obtain and maintain required technical certifications and stay current with evolving technologies Ability to travel to client sites within a 60-mile radius of Yorktown, IN Primary Responsibilities Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and serve as an escalation point Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 (hybrid) Manage Microsoft and third-party applications such as Hyper‑V, SQL Server, MDT, WSUS, and security/2FA solutions Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, WLANs, and redundant, security-focused systems Support phone systems and deliver day-to-day IT support for hundreds of users across multiple client environments Plan, lead, and implement technical projects; create and maintain system, network, and process documentation Provide onsite and on‑call support as needed and contribute ideas to continuously improve technical operations Benefits with eKeeper Systems This full-time, salaried role includes: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Company attire Community involvement programsCell phone allowance Complimentary snacks, drinks, fresh popcorn, and coffee in the office Certification bonus pay (up to one year post-achievement) On‑call bonus pay Hybrid work environment Opportunity to work alongside a diverse and highly skilled team About eKeeper Systems eKeeper Systems, Inc. is a Yorktown, Indiana-based consulting firm specializing in designing, deploying, and supporting modern IT systems.
