Job Title: Systems Analyst

Location: Menands, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualification:

• Extensive experience as a Systems Analyst on projects involving comprehensive use case development, process modeling, and the creation and documentation of business rules.
• Proven expertise in applying process re-engineering methodologies to define and redesign business processes, particularly within large-scale, enterprise-wide Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives.
• Skilled in leading teams to formally gather and document business requirements and business rules for future state environments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, translating business needs into technical requirements and delivering effective technology solutions.
• Background as a Systems Analyst or Subject Matter Expert on Workers' Compensation projects, contributing domain expertise and system analysis to relevant initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including the creation of UAT plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate systems and solutions against business requirements.
• Proficient with a range of software tools, including:
  • Jira
  • Confluence
  • UXPin
• Experienced in forecasting Business Analyst (BA) effort for requirements gathering, process modeling, and testing, including estimating resources and time for project activities. This includes supporting project managers in project planning, developing formal project schedules, and applying Level of Effort (LOE) methodologies across multiple projects.
