Assist in the design and configuration of applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

Customize and configure forms, fields, workflows, and business rules.

Perform testing to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow applications.

Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing.

Create and maintain detailed test cases.

Report, track, and manage issues or defects using ServiceNow or other QA tools.

Collaborate with business and QA teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.

Assist in building and automating workflows using tools like Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

Develop and configure catalog items, record producers, and service requests.

Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for solution teams.

Provide recommendations for system improvements, performance optimizations, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.

Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, Service Portal, Flow Designer).

Experience with testing methodologies, creating test cases, and performing QA testing.

Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
