As part of our growing team, we are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Analyst to join us and contribute to the development and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and modules.

This role is ideal for a systems analyst looking to advance their career by working on enterprise-level implementations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and configuration of applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Customize and configure forms, fields, workflows, and business rules.

  • Perform testing to ensure functionality, performance, and scalability of ServiceNow applications.

    • Conduct regression, functional, and integration testing.

    • Create and maintain detailed test cases.

  • Report, track, and manage issues or defects using ServiceNow or other QA tools.

  • Collaborate with business and QA teams to resolve issues and ensure quality deliverables.

  • Assist in building and automating workflows using tools like Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

  • Develop and configure catalog items, record producers, and service requests.

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements for solution teams.

  • Provide recommendations for system improvements, performance optimizations, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.

  • Strong working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., ITSM, Service Portal, Flow Designer).

  • Experience with testing methodologies, creating test cases, and performing QA testing.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
